By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the accompanying Terms and Conditions and form a legally binding relationship with FourInc for products and services. FourInc reserves the right to make changes to our Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice.

Payment-:

Fees for FourInc products and services, which include the costs of processing, printing, shipping and/or mailing, as well as any other charges, are due and payable when an order is submitted. Except for some customers who have been pre-approved for Credit Terms, FourInc requires prepayment on all orders. Prepayment is required for all mailing services and postage costs. Please note that no orders will be mailed unless the customer authorises payment by returning an approved and signed postal services invoice. Any sum owed to FourInc that is not paid may result in the order not being delivered and late payment interest penalties of 2% per month.

Color Reproduction & Quality-:

FourInc will adhere to print industry colour and quality standards. Each colour reproduction is guaranteed to be within 90 percent of the approved proof in terms of accuracy. Due to printing constraints, FourInc accepts no responsibility for colour changes between submitted photos and the actual artwork or product they represent. Unless a hard proof is requested, FourInc cannot guarantee colour matching.

Clients must offer print-ready files that are suitable for offset printing. FourInc is not responsible for pixelation or blurriness caused by the client's low-resolution photos. All text and layouts are entirely the responsibility of the client. Furthermore, once the client has approved the artwork,  FourInc is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the artwork, whether supplied by the client or altered by FourInc.

All full-color printing pictures must be submitted in CMYK format. FourInc is not liable for colour shifts that occur during RGB and Pantone to CMYK colour mode conversions. For orders requiring spot colours, PMS colours must be used.

Overruns and underruns are both possible outcomes. When it comes to over-runs and under-runs, FourInc adheres to the industry standard of plus minus upto 10%. An acceptable delivery is one in which the overruns or underruns do not exceed 10% of the total amount ordered. If you receive more prints than you requested, they are complimentary extras that you will receive "at no cost." Any shortfall will be credited to your account in proportion. If a "no less than" amount is necessary, it must be specified when placing the order.

Soft & Hard Proofs-:

A PDF soft proof is emailed to the client's email address. Once the print-ready files have been added to the order, the soft proof will be finished within one business day. The client has the option of seeing it on screen or downloading and printing it. The soft proof solely depicts the design layout, text accuracy, image proportion, and placement; it is not intended for colour or density checks. Unless a hard proof is requested, FourInc cannot guarantee colour quality.

A hard proof is a full-color, one-sided, untrimmed inkjet proof printed on standard semi-gloss proofing paper and calibrated to our machines. Hard proofs are only used to check colour. We don't do "press proofs" since they're too expensive and inefficient to justify. We recommend ordering samples if you need to witness printing on genuine paper stock.

Turnaround Time-:

The client's chosen turnaround time begins when our soft proofs are accepted online or when approved hard proofs are returned to our location. If you approve your order or proof by 5:00 p.m., printing will commence the next business day. Please keep in mind that the offices of FourInc are closed on Sundays and holidays. Your chosen turnaround time does not include postage, which should be considered when selecting a shipment method. Orders that have been approved are assured to be printed in a timely manner. If your deadline is not fulfilled, we will refund any rush fees or upgrade your order to include rush services in the future. Only orders with precise shipping instructions in writing will be considered for a full refund. The requested date, on the other hand, must be attainable with the print turnaround chosen.

Mailing Services-:

While in FourInc's possession, the mailing list(s) is/are the client's sole property and shall be utilised solely according to the client's instructions. FourInc's responsibility ceases once the piece is delivered to the shipping firms. FourInc is only in charge of mailing item preparation and delivery. FourInc is not responsible for lost business, incidental or consequential losses, or costs in excess of billing for services linked to the job.

Shipping & Handling-:

The carrier offering shipping services is solely responsible for any delays or damages that occur during the shipping process. FourInc is not responsible for any shipment delays or damages.
